We learn about the product.
We review up to three products, their origin, category, and preliminary feasibility.
CHALJUB INS COLWe study the feasibility of selling eligible third-party physical products through CHALJUB INS COL LLC's own Amazon Seller Central account. Each operation requires evaluation, documentation, and a contract.
The owner provides authentic, documented products. CHALJUB INS COL evaluates the proposal and, where appropriate, sells through its own seller account. The owner does not gain access to that account. We are not Amazon and do not guarantee its authorization.
A business connection.
A considered process.
The starting point is an authentic, documented proposal.
We coordinate the evaluation and define the scope with you.
We review traceability, category, and applicable requirements.
Selling depends on Amazon's policies and authorizations.
Delivery and service according to the agreed operation.
Illustrative journey, subject to evaluation and agreements. No stage guarantees the next or implies affiliation with Amazon.
We review up to three products, their origin, category, and preliminary feasibility.
Up to 15 days of evaluation and preparation without management fees, starting upon receipt of sufficient information and written scope confirmation. Third-party expenses are not included.
Proposal, contract, brand authorization, and inventory receipt. Supply, resale, and consignment have different legal terms.
After documentation, contract, and applicable Amazon requirements are addressed, inventory, logistics, budget, and settlements are agreed upon. We do not accept inventory in advance without an agreement.
Amazon may restrict a category, brand, or ASIN and request specific documentation. Category approval does not replace other authorizations. A foreign invoice or brand letter does not guarantee acceptance.
We do not alter documents or arrange fictitious transactions. Nor do we promise sales, profitability, Amazon timelines, or authorization.
Up to three products and up to 15 days of evaluation and preparation without management fees, within the confirmed scope. This is not unlimited management and does not include third-party costs.
The exact amount and deliverables are set in the accepted proposal. No charge is automatic. Advertising, Amazon, logistics, imports, testing, outside advice, and applicable taxes are budgeted separately.
30% CHALJUB INS COL and 70% owner, based on positive distributable profit. This does not apply to gross sales. The arrangement and cost recovery are documented before operations begin.
Sales revenue excluding taxes collected for authorities, minus discounts, refunds, cost of goods sold, Amazon fees, logistics, advertising, other agreed costs, and pending reserves. Product cost is not deducted again when paying the owner. Reserves are not a final expense: they are reconciled and released as appropriate.
The initial fee is invoiced separately and is not included again as a cost in profit sharing unless expressly agreed without double charging. If there is a loss, it is reported; nonexistent profit is not distributed, and losses are not automatically assigned to the owner. Settlement depends on funds actually available and the contract.
Amounts per unit sold, in USD. These are not actual Amazon fees or a quote. Enter all costs, even when a value is zero. The price excludes sales tax. Setup is outside this calculation.
The program is intended for physical products whose category, brand, and sale conditions can meet applicable requirements. Feasibility is studied case by case; not all categories or products are eligible.
We review manufacturer, brand, format, country of origin, and supply chain. Invoices and authorizations must correspond to real transactions and the parties involved. Identifiers, variants, batches, and shelf life are verified where applicable.
The category, brand, and product may have different restrictions and documentation requests. Requirements are checked for the specific account and product before deciding how to proceed. We do not create fictitious documents or transactions.
Labeling, safety, testing, and import obligations depend on the product's nature and market. Required documents, responsible parties, and specialized reviews are determined before inventory is received.
FBA or FBM, packaging, storage, shipping, returns, and costs are studied. For example, a food product such as coffee may require batch, storage, and import controls different from those of a nonfood item.
Information organized to identify what is available and what still needs verification.
Scope, costs, and arrangement defined before operations begin.
Product-by-product evaluation, without promises of approval or profitability.
See the official guides to selling on Amazon. Specific requirements are verified separately; food requirements are only a sector-specific example.
The main arrangement uses CHALJUB INS COL LLC's own account. The owner provides products and documentation and does not receive credentials or account access. A different service would require a separate agreement.
