Data processed and purposes

We process first name, last name, email address, phone number, account identifier, and registration dates to create and manage accounts. We process requests, processes, follow-ups, submitted documents and photographs, as well as payment history and necessary payment information associated with services, to provide and document the business relationship. Device and installation identifiers and tokens are used for notifications and security. Authentication and app integrity controls help prevent unauthorized access and abuse.

Sensitive documents should not be submitted unless they are necessary for the service and sent through the designated private channels. The app records payment information associated with services; it must not be used to send passwords or unnecessary full payment card or bank account details.

Providers and communications

We use Google/Firebase services for authentication, databases, private storage, functions, notifications, and integrity verification; and Resend for transactional emails related to accounts, services, and deletion requests. These providers may process information in other countries under applicable agreements and safeguards.

When you choose to contact us through WhatsApp or open an external link, the relevant provider becomes involved and its terms and policies apply. A request recorded with CHALJUB is not the same as sending a message: you must confirm sending it in WhatsApp.

Archived data retained for legal obligations will not be used for marketing. Any promotional communication must comply with applicable authorizations and requirements.

Retention and deletion

The account and unnecessary personal data are deleted within 30 days of request confirmation and identity verification. Only necessary business records are retained, with documented justification and restricted access.

The ordinary reference period for necessary invoices, receipts, payments, and tax records is four years from the relevant tax date. For contracts and completed services, an initial internal-policy period of four years from documented closure applies. Retention periods do not automatically start upon account deletion and may be longer due to tax, contractual, regulatory obligations, or claims. Destruction is not scheduled for a record whose retention deadline has not been reliably determined.

First name, last name, and email address are retained only if needed to link those records. Audits, litigation, or other obligations suspend deletion only for the relevant information, with a stated reason and periodic review. When the justification no longer applies, the record is deleted or anonymized.

Security and rights
