Account and Data Deletion

1. Application and controller

This procedure applies exclusively to CHALJUB: Chatea y Conect, operated by CHALJUB INS COL LLC. Contact: support@chaljubinscol.app. It does not delete CHALJUB INS COL App accounts or accounts in other projects.

2. Request in the app

The account-deletion feature is available directly in CHALJUB: Chatea y Conect. Use that feature and confirm your request by following the app’s instructions.

3. Email alternative

You can request account and data deletion by emailing support@chaljubinscol.app from your account email and naming CHALJUB: Chatea y Conect. If you cannot access that email, say so to receive proportionate verification instructions. Do not send passwords, verification codes, government documents, or third-party private information. Email starts request handling; this page does not execute automatic deletion.

4. Account and data deletion

You can request deletion directly in the app or at support@chaljubinscol.app. Account control is checked proportionately. Personal data subject to deletion is deleted within 30 calendar days of the request; verification does not arbitrarily restart that period. Only historical aggregate statistics without personal identification are retained, except minimal data subject to a specific legal obligation. 5. Retention, deletion, and statistics

Data is retained while necessary for the account, participation, and stated purposes, not indefinitely for convenience. You can request deletion in the app or by email. Personal data subject to deletion is deleted within 30 calendar days of the request, without arbitrarily restarting the period for verification. Scope includes the account, profile, and associated personal data, including content and files subject to erasure. Only historical aggregate statistics without personal identification are retained, except where a specific legal obligation applies. A linkable code or pseudonym does not turn data into anonymous statistics. Exceptions are limited to minimal data, justified legal purposes and periods, restricted access, and communication of applicable limits. Complete profiles are not retained merely to evidence consent.

6. Effects and limits

Deletion ends the account’s access and covers its personal data under the described procedure. Leaving a chat or suspending an account does not replace this request. It does not delete other apps’ accounts or other people’s content. Retained statistics do not personally identify the user. Support handles questions about the outcome and any specific legal exception; no generic four-, five-, or seven-year retention period is assumed.
